On ward A2, patients with all psychiatric diagnoses are treated. The therapeutic offer includes a differentiated assessment and treatment tailored to the respective patients. One focus of the ward is on psychotherapeutic treatment of trauma, another is the treatment of patients with an affective spectrum disorder.
Nursing and treatment are organized in the core team, in close cooperation with the medical and psychological case managers. The diverse nursing services with a recovery-oriented approach support the lived reference person system. The nursing staff are supported by a nursing specialist. Documentation is done in the electronically maintained medical record. The ward supports students and trainees at various training levels.
For our ward A2 at the Lenggstrasse Zurich location, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Implementing the nursing process involving patients within the framework of the reference person system
- Collaborating within a multimodal, multiprofessional psychiatric treatment and support
- Supporting the psychotherapeutic process
- Co-responsibility in the recovery-oriented design of the therapeutic process
- Modular application of elements of DBT, skills training, and cognitive behavioral therapy
- Supporting patients in their daily structure and leisure activities
Your profile
- Completed, recognized professional training in nursing HF/FH, (recognition certificate from the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas)
- High professional, social, and self-competence as well as high resilience, flexibility, and analytical thinking
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- High motivation and ability to engage in an exciting and demanding work environment
- Willingness to work all shifts including night and weekend shifts
