Our goal is to offer people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments an individual living and working opportunity, supporting affected persons on their way to a life as self-determined as possible.
At the locations Münsterlingen, Kreuzlingen, Bürglen, and Güttingen, we have 180 living spaces available in different settings. Furthermore, we offer sheltered workplaces in the areas of gardening, production, carpentry, logistics, and various studios. Here, orders from external companies are processed and various own products are manufactured.
As an experienced professional in job coaching, you will take on a key role together with an existing specialist in building up our new area of Vocational Counseling. You actively shape structures, develop sustainable networks with employers and authorities, and accompany people with difficult access to the labor market sustainably into the primary labor market.
Throughout Thurgau and neighboring cantons, you contribute with entrepreneurial thinking, professional depth, and high personal responsibility

What distinguishes you
- Tertiary level degree (Jobcoach FA, Work Pedagogy HFP, Diploma Social Worker FH)
- Several years of experience in job coaching
- Strong communication and counseling skills
- Confidence in writing reports, assessments, and documentation
- Driver's license category B
