Service Manager (limited to 2 years) 100%The Office for Informatics (AFI) is the IT competence center of the Canton of Zurich. It provides comprehensive services in the area of central IT infrastructure and canton-wide applications for directorates, authorities, judiciary, and independent institutions. Commissioned with the implementation of the new Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategy, the Office for Informatics accompanies and supports the Canton of Zurich into the digital world.

Your tasks
- Management and monitoring of services provided at the Office for Informatics
- Conducting regular meetings with customers and suppliers to ensure, optimize, and coordinate services
- Development and implementation of new services and service models in coordination with internal and external contacts
- Active participation in the Team Collaboration for the automation of interfaces
- Ensuring efficient and sustainable documentation
Your profile
- Completed degree in computer science or comparable education, further training ideally in service management
- Experience in ITIL service management and public procurement is an advantage
- Familiarity with working in agile environments
- Project management experience with knowledge of the HERMES project methodology
- Holistic thinking regarding corporate management, business processes, and financial aspects
- Very good analytical skills to investigate complex problems, recognize trends, and make informed decisions
- Ability to adopt different perspectives and develop compatible and legally compliant solutions
- Good communication skills in spoken and written form
