Your Responsibilities
As an Order & Service Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in the capture and processing of project, add-on, and service contract orders in our ERP system. You will ensure a smooth administrative process and contribute significantly to the quality and efficiency of our processes.
Your Main Tasks
Central management and maintenance of service contracts
Administrative processing and management of complex projects in the ERP system (Axapta/D365)
Receiving and processing small orders via phone and email
Initiating purchase orders with suppliers
Coordinating and monitoring logistical processes and open orders
Close communication with internal and external global suppliers (English)
Invoicing of projects, small orders, and service contracts
Recording and maintaining master data
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement of workflows
What You Bring
Professional experience in logistics, sales order management, or purchasing
Knowledge of customs processing and experience with ERP systems are advantageous
Good English skills, both written and spoken
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Team player and strong communication skills
