• Support of the department management in operational and strategic leadership
• Administrative and organizational support of the production areas
• Independent management and implementation of projects
• Analysis and optimization of existing processes
• Participation in the area of occupational safety and health protection (ASGS)
• Promotion of training and further development of employees
• Deputizing for the department management in case of absence

• Completed technical basic training and business understanding
• Professional and preferably first leadership experience in an industrial production environment
• Experienced specialist with a flexible and team-oriented personality
• Independent action with a lot of initiative and commitment, as well as structured and solution-oriented working method with foresight
• Constructive dialogue with other departments is a matter of course for you
• Confident handling of MS Office, SAP user knowledge is a plus
• Very good German skills, French and English are an advantage
