As a shift operator in the monoplants in Visp, you will work alternately in the control room as well as on the systems of a production department with several plants.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Operating several plants with different process control systems
• Monitoring production
• Controlling and analyzing process parameters
• Detecting and resolving malfunctions
• Safe start-up and shutdown of production plants according to specifications
• Supporting changeover and maintenance work
• Working with the computer (Outlook, Excel, Word, SAP as well as process control systems)

Qualifications and experience:

• High commitment to strengthening the safety culture
• Experience as an operator in chemical production and service companies is an advantage - career changers are welcome
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
• Accurate working and documentation style
• Willingness to work shifts (4-shift system) with flexibility in work scheduling.
• You are interested and ready to learn new technologies and continuously further your education.
• Furthermore, you are committed, flexible, work independently, are adaptable, resilient, and team-oriented
