Your tasks
- You work at the À la carte kitchen station
- You prepare your mise-en-place independently, organized and carefully
- Cooking with heart: You implement our recipes with love, respect for the ingredients and an eye for detail
- Hygiene is a matter of course for you: You live our HACCP standards and ensure that order, cleanliness and food safety are maintained
Your backpack (or suitcase, depending on your travel luggage)
You have completed training as a cook EFZ
You have several years of professional experience in the kitchen
Your German skills correspond at least to level B1 – English skills are a plus
You have a great interest in vegetarian and vegan delicacies? Fantastic!
Willingness to work early and late shifts without room hour
Quality-conscious personality with initiative and hygiene awareness
You have an eye for detail and your heart beats for gastronomy
