The Willisau Retirement Center offers a family-like home for elderly people who rely on professional support, care, and nursing. Various living arrangements provide unique quality of life and a family-like home. Over 40 apartments with services, well-maintained gastronomy, nearly 80 care and nursing places, specialized living arrangements for people with emotional and mental behavior, spread over two houses, Zopfmatt and Breiten. Training is very important to us because trainees are the professionals of the future.
For the Willisau Retirement Center, Breiten and Zopfmatt homes, we are looking for:
Students for HF Nursing Specialist Female / Student for HF Nursing Specialist Male Full-time or part-time training program 60% - 100%

Your profile:
- You have completed secondary level II.
- You are willing to engage in learning and development processes.
- You have high social and professional skills.

Your tasks:
- You accompany, care for, and nurse residents mainly in complex situations.
- You take responsibility for work with relatives as well as cooperation with third parties.
- You lead professionally in the area of care and nursing.
- You are responsible for planning, implementing, and controlling the nursing process.
- You take on daily responsibility.
