HR Business Partner (80%)
As an HR Business Partner, you take on a central role at SRC Canton Zurich. The position is newly created and arises as part of a future-oriented development of our organization. From August 2026, the two current areas of Human Resources and Volunteering as well as the new field of culture will be brought together under a common organizational roof. The goal is to strengthen participation, collaboration, and collective impact across the entire organizational structure.
In this role, you are a sparring partner for managers and at the same time the operational hub in HR. You ensure that HR topics are implemented professionally, pragmatically, and service-oriented in everyday life. You manage your topics independently and thus effectively relieve the HR management. You work closely with HR administration and focus on consulting in operational daily business, recruiting, and process quality. At the same time, you actively participate in digitalization and change processes.

- First point of contact and sparring partner for managers and employees on personnel-related issues
- Competent and pragmatic support for managers on topics such as absences, development, challenging personnel situations, conflicts, and basic labor law questions
- Independent management of the recruitment process from needs assessment through interviews to onboarding
- Active advice and support of departments in selection and personnel acquisition, as well as continuous strengthening of the candidate experience
- Ensuring efficient, transparent HR processes including the further development of standards, tools, and process quality
- Participation in the digitalization of HR processes with a focus on human interaction, efficiency, and quality
- Support of change and organizational development processes as well as contribution to the further development of a positive and inclusive work and leadership culture
- Close collaboration within the HR team, early recognition of the need for action, and independent implementation of improvements
This convinces us
- Completed HR training (e.g., HR specialist with federal diploma) with relevant further education
- Several years of professional experience in operational HR, ideally as an HR generalist or already as an HR Business Partner
- Very good knowledge in HR consulting, recruiting, and in the implementation and further development of HR processes
- Solution-oriented and structured working style, even with complex topics without standard solutions
- High initiative and entrepreneurial thinking as well as taking responsibility
- Dialogue and conflict skills as well as enjoyment of collaboration across teams
- Diversity-sensitive and target group-appropriate communication as well as an appreciative, reflective basic attitude
- Resilience and composure in a dynamic environment with clear goals and changing priorities
- Digital affinity and enjoyment in making HR work sustainably more efficient and effective
