We are looking for a dynamic and motivated personality for our Ecology department at our headquarters in Zurich as Project Manager 80-100% (m/f/d) Your area of responsibility- Leading and coordinating projects for the development and optimization of analytical methods in the laboratory
- Establishing and further developing efficient, standardized project processes taking into account
- Leading small to medium-sized cross-departmental projects (e.g., method, product, or innovation projects)
- Planning and monitoring resources, capacities as well as time, cost, and personnel budgets
- Conducting transparent project reviews, active risk management, and regular reporting to
- Close collaboration with laboratory and specialist teams to promote innovations
- Organizing and supporting projects for method development and optimization
- Professional support in the development and optimization of analytical methods
- Completed training as a laboratory technician EFZ, supplemented by advanced professional training or a scientific degree is an advantage
- Several years of experience in project management and analytical method development (e.g., GC, LC, ICP-MS)
- Confident handling of MS Office, ideally Office 365
- Strong communication and leadership skills as well as team orientation
- Very good German and English skills
