• You support us in daily operations and can specifically contribute your expertise and experience
• You help implement our ward concept and continuously develop it with us
• Together with the interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to stabilizing patients and thus to a better quality of life

• You have a degree as an Activation Specialist HF or a Care Specialist EFZ with appropriate further training
• You are interested in psychiatry and ideally have relevant professional experience
• You treat people with respect, are reflective, humorous, resilient, and act in a goal- and patient-oriented manner
