For our Swiss Turning department at our Delémont site, we are looking for the following profile:

CNC Tooling and Presetting Specialist (M/F)

Your mission

At the heart of production, you ensure the availability and compliance of tooling intended for our CNC turning machines. Thanks to the ZOLLER presetting bench and your technical expertise, you directly contribute to the performance, quality, and reliability of our manufacturing processes.

You also participate in the continuous optimisation of tooling management, technical data, and stock to improve workshop efficiency.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare and preset tooling for CNC turning machines according to defined standards.
• Ensure the preparation, maintenance, servicing, and compliance restoration of cutting tools and associated equipment.
• Carry out disassembly, inspection, and refurbishment of tooling returned from production.
• Guarantee the availability of cutting consumables and ensure optimal stock management.
• Keep tooling data up to date in dedicated IT systems.
• Create and code new tooling items in the ERP.
• Work closely with cell managers, turners, and support services to provide tooling solutions adapted to production needs.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimising tooling performance and technical data management.

Your profile

• Technical training in mechanics (production mechanic, multi-skilled mechanic, toolmaker, mechanical technician, or equivalent training).
• Experience in preparation, management, or optimisation of production tooling.
• Excellent knowledge of cutting tools, CNC machining, blueprint reading, and control methods.
• Good knowledge of material removal processes in turning and/or milling.
• Comfortable with IT tools (ERP, MES, Microsoft Office); experience with a ZOLLER presetting bench is a real asset.
• Rigorous, methodical, and organised person, capable of working independently while fostering collaboration with production teams.
• Initiative, service orientation, good communication, and solution focus.
• Ability to manage priorities in a demanding industrial environment.
• Open to shift work (2*8)
