We are a successful production and trading company providing high-quality cutting tools to the machining industry, particularly in the fields of turning, micromechanics, medical technology, and watchmaking, in Switzerland and abroad. To complete our sales team, we are looking for an external sales representative (m/f) for the Romandy region (Fribourg, Vaud, Valais).
YOUR TASKS
As a sales professional, you will autonomously take charge of your sales area from the start and will be determinatively responsible for the following tasks:
- Continuous development of your sales area and expansion of business relationships regarding revenue and its margin.
- Achievement of both quantitative and qualitative sales targets set.
- Implementation of the sales policy with a priority on customer satisfaction.
- Systematic observation of the market.
- Successful establishment of our commercial brands as well as our own brand “multidec®” as high-quality machining solutions.
- Goal-oriented collaboration with our application technicians and product management.
YOUR PROFILE
- Technical vocational training in the mechanical industry (e.g., polymechanic) with extensive practical experience in turning.
- You have completed commercial and/or management training.
- Very high motivation and solid temperament.
- Good presentation, communication skills, and reliability.
- You demonstrate a keen sense of negotiation, develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at our clients, understand client needs, and find suitable solutions.
- You can boast several years of proven and sustainable commercial success.
- You are an enterprising, autonomous, and communicative personality with a “hands-on” approach.
- You stand out with a high capacity for oral and rhetorical expression.
- Knowledge of German (business language) would be an advantage.
