Department:DSJSEntity:Public Health Service (SCSP) - Office of Outpatient Providers (OPAM)Activities:As part of your role, you participate in the procedures for granting operating licenses for OSAD, EMS, and other institutions governed by the health law.The preparation, analysis, and synthesis of files play an important role in your daily work.
In this capacity, you draft letters, legal opinions, hearing minutes, decisions, as well as observations and provide legal advice to your colleagues.
Finally, you conduct hearings or inspections and ensure legal monitoring in the aforementioned areas.
Desired profile:Holder of a master's degree in Swiss law, ideally complemented by the lawyer's certificate, you have at least two years of experience as a legal officer, preferably in an environment related to administrative procedure.Your good interpersonal skills allow you to interact effectively with various partners.
Driven by a strong sense of public service, you demonstrate autonomy in your activities and stand out through your initiative.
