Main tasks
- Conducting first-instance enforcement procedures against authorized institutions, their bodies or employees, and companies operating without authorization.
- Drafting decisions.
- Appointment and supervision of FINMA agents.
- Conducting hearings.
- Coordinating procedures with authorities in Switzerland and abroad.
- Representing FINMA in proceedings before the Federal Administrative Court and the Federal Supreme Court, particularly by drafting the related statements.
- Collaborating on internal projects.
Required profile
- Master's degree in law and Swiss bar admission, additional training (e.g., doctoral thesis or LL.M) appreciated.
- At least five years of professional experience at a bank, audit firm, authority, or law firm.
- Excellent professional and academic qualifications.
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills, autonomy, strong work capacity, and team spirit.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Italian as the main working language, excellent knowledge of at least one other official language and English.
