About 20 people between 18 and 60 years old with special needs live in the SCHLÖSSLI residential area. This colorful, lively group and an enthusiastic team are looking for reinforcement.
Tasks to be done
- Care and support of people with psychological and cognitive impairments in the residential area
- Practical everyday and leisure support
- Key worker duties / support planning
- Administrative tasks
What we expect from you
- Completed specialized training in social pedagogy HF / FH or FaBe EFZ
- Professional experience in the residential area
- Psychological resilience, flexibility, independence, and a sense of humor
- Driver's license category B required
