The team responsible for the recognition of training in health professions is looking, for January 1, 2025 or for a date to be agreed upon, for a person sensitive to the needs of clients for the position of administrative assistant Recognition of professional titles 80-100%.
Your field of activity
- Respond to requests related to the recognition of foreign professional titles in the health sector as the initial contact person for individuals who have initiated a procedure, employers, and authorities
- Provide telephone information (hotline between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m.) and handle postal and electronic mail related to recognition requests
- Examine requests for recognition of foreign diplomas from health professionals (nurses, physiotherapists, etc.) using a digital tool
- Verify that requests are complete, enter data into the system, and archive files
Your profile
- You have a basic commercial training (CFC) or equivalent training in the tertiary sector as well as two to three years of professional experience.
- Native French or German speaker, you have a very good knowledge of the other language; knowledge of Italian is an asset.
- You enjoy contact with clients both by phone and in writing.
- You are sensitive to the needs of clients and stand out for your communication skills.
