The in Höngg/Zurich is a private, non-profit institution where 93 residents spend their final stage of life with dignity. As a motivated, enthusiastic, and practical nursing professional with at least 5 years of leadership experience and completed management training, pronounced organizational and communication skills, and a heart in the right place, you are right with us. Your solid expertise, experience in gerontology, and high social competence form the reliable foundation to be a role model and support as a leader and to strengthen the community within Riedhof.

As a team leader, you lead, promote, and accompany a lively team of around 25 employees, trainees, and interns. As a member of the nursing management, you ensure the quality of care and nursing and are responsible for compliance and further development of nursing processes in your team. You actively work in care and nursing and are an important contact person for residents, relatives, doctors, and other external parties. You are responsible for staff deployment and vacation planning and support the trainers in your area.

Your tasks:

• You lead your team professionally and personally, promote strengths, and further develop talents.
• You ensure professional, individual care and also pitch in yourself.
• You plan resources and shifts efficiently and oversee daily operations.
• You ensure seamless and high-quality nursing documentation.
• You accompany trainees and interns and strengthen training quality.
• You maintain exchange with residents, relatives, and interdisciplinary partners.
• You contribute ideas and actively drive improvements forward.

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF or DNI/II as well as management training
• High social competence, good communication skills
• Cooperative, interdisciplinary collaboration is important to you
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Broad nursing expertise in long-term care as well as an open and appreciative attitude
• Experienced handling of RAI RUG and electronic resident documentation (Easy-Dok) is an advantage
• Independent, conscientious, and economical working style as well as resilience
