As an SAP Development Coordinator, you take on the central role in managing, further developing, and ensuring the quality of our SAP systems. You act as the link between internal and external developer teams, contribute your technical expertise, and ensure that our SAP developments meet the highest standards.

This is your area of responsibility

Management and coordination of all development activities in our ERP, Fiori, GTS, and SCM systems

• Overall responsibility for resource planning, team management, and collaboration with internal and external developers
• Ensuring high code quality including development guidelines, code reviews, testing, and transport management
• Technical leadership and mentoring of developers
• Technical consulting and solution design for our departments (e.g., shop floor, integrations with the SAP Integration Suite)
• Further development and introduction of modern SAP technologies (including SAP BTP, Clean Core, CDS Views)
• Evaluation and implementation of SAP best practices as well as development of Z-programs in specific modules
• 3rd-level support for complex technical issues

This is how you convince us

• Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable education
• Several years of experience in SAP development or comparable technologies
• At least 3 years of practical experience in an SAP module (e.g., MM, PP, SD, CS or comparable)
• Experience in coordinating developer teams and interface management
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Strong analytical and communication skills and a structured way of working
