- Provision and continuous optimization of our digital learning offerings for different target groups within the company
- Development and implementation of innovative digital learning formats (e.g., blended learning, e-learning, microlearning, webinars, etc.) using modern authoring tools (e.g., Articulate)
- Needs-based further development and maintenance of our Learning Management System Moodle
- Consultation of departments on didactic concepts, methodology, and application possibilities of digital learning solutions
- Support of internal trainers in our digital learning systems through first-level support
- Further development of learning formats in coordination with the strategic direction and in close collaboration with the HR Development team
- Evaluation of learning formats through feedback, analytics, and KPIs
- Deputizing in course organization to ensure smooth operational processes
- Participation in department-specific and cross-departmental projects
- Monitoring trends in digital learning and implementing best practices
- High customer satisfaction and enthusiasm for your actions
What you bring
- Completed training in commercial or technical field (EFZ) or media design
- Advanced professional training at HF or FH level with a focus on Learning & Development, Digital Learning, or a related field
- Proven experience in building, configuring, and managing a Learning Management System, ideally Moodle
- Practical experience in designing and implementing digital learning formats (e.g., blended learning, e-learning, microlearning), preferably in a technical environment
- Confident handling of common authoring tools, especially Articulate Storyline / Rise, advantageously also Synthesia, Adobe Captivate.
- Strong ability to prepare learning content didactically sound and target group appropriate
- High IT affinity and a strong interest in new digital tools
- Very good user knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office programs
- Understanding and knowledge of SAP-LSO, HTML, CSS, PHP, and SQL (database) are advantageous
- Independent, reliable, proactive, and forward-looking working style and a flexible and humorous personality with team spirit
