Our nursing specialists are the direct contacts during the stay of our approximately 96,000 patients per year. They are responsible for professional and individual care. The focus of care is always the well-being and regaining of independence of our patients.
The nursing service is closely networked with all areas of the hospital and works closely with the medical service, therapies, and other departments.
This is where you get involved
- An interesting, varied task awaits you in our state-of-the-art acute hospital. You have the opportunity to apply your expertise in various specialist areas.
- The deployment planning is based on the needs of the individual wards and your possibilities, including one weekend per month. On request without night shifts. We will be happy to explain the exact planning as a pool employee in a personal interview.
You
- have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH
- have at least 1 year of professional experience in acute care in Switzerland. This is an advantage
- maintain a respectful, appreciative interaction with patients, relatives, and the team
- are an independent, responsible, and service-oriented personality
- have excellent German skills (spoken and written)
- are willing to work in interdisciplinary collaboration
