This is your role with us
As reinforcement for our local IT support team, we are looking for a trustworthy, communicative, and customer-oriented personality as an IT Supporter.
These are your tasks
- Operation of the IT helpdesk Reinach/Brislach with deployment in first and second level support
- Receiving, prioritizing, and assigning tickets while adhering to defined SLAs
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
- Planning and execution of on- and offboardings including user management and asset management
- Management and maintenance of the IT asset inventory
- Operation of the Windows server-client environment
- Participation in IT projects
- Instruction/training of PC users
- Ensuring documentation
What you bring with you
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ, or comparable work experience in a similar corporate environment
- Good knowledge of the Windows environment (Windows, Windows Server)
- Good knowledge in the area of Active Directory
- Experience in supporting PC users
- Very good German and good English skills
