Technician
- SBAT129
- The SBAT is responsible for managing the real estate assets of the State; it ensures their maintenance, upkeep, and renovation or redevelopment work. As a representative of the Project Owner (MO), it actively participates in the planning and execution of new constructions or major transformations.
- Integrated into the maintenance domain of the service, you directly manage a portfolio of several cantonal buildings. While actively collaborating within a team to develop annual budgets, you also participate in drafting credit request reports for the authorities. You establish transformation or space planning projects, monitor the work, and oversee the control of contractors.
- Holder of a HES architect bachelor’s degree or a CFC diploma as a building draftsman with an ES diploma as a construction site manager, you have several years of experience, preferably within a public administration. Equipped with strong writing skills, you have an interest in Facility Management topics. You master the AutoCAD® and Messerli® software tools and have very good office software knowledge (Windows environment). You are able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
