The beautifully located Hochweid Senior Center in Kilchberg includes a nursing and care home with space for around 48 residents as well as a care living group with 10 places for people with dementia. The focus of our work is on palliative care and dementia care. Our center also includes a senior settlement with 53 senior apartments as well as 5 additional senior apartments in the Conradstift at Dorfstrasse 80/82.

You can look forward to this challenge
- Responsibility for the operational, professional and personnel management as well as development of the nursing department
- Optimization, coordination and further development of resident- and resource-oriented nursing and care processes
- Your role as an empathetic contact person for residents, their relatives and employees and active shaping of the community in our institution
- Design of interdisciplinary cooperation with external and internal stakeholders as well as network partners and ensuring excellent nursing and care services
- Close cooperation with the management and team leaders combined with responsibility for high quality standards, cost-effectiveness and goal achievement
- Proactive, strategic-conceptual and future-oriented management of demanding projects
This is what we expect from you
- Completed training as a certified nurse FH or HF
- Extensive experience in staff management and department leadership
- Several years of experience in long-term care of people with dementia and palliative care setting
- High empathy, teamwork skills and a positive basic attitude
- Very goodEDP skills (MS Office, careCoach, RAI LTCF)
- A touch of humor and confident communication in German
- Ability to inspire, make decisions and handle conflicts
