About the job
SAHB is a nationwide Swiss specialist center for independent advice for people with disabilities and their relatives. We offer competent support in the procurement of aids and equipment and accompany people on the path to as self-determined a life as possible. In addition, we prepare technical assessments for social insurances and manage the aids in the disability insurance depot.
For our team in Oensingen, we are looking for a commercial employee at 50% workload starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- Operating the telephone switchboard, receiving visitors and clients
- Incoming/outgoing mail and distribution
- Scanning files and managing them in the ERP system (BC)
- Entering new orders / depot requests
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Assisting with internal events
- Administrative tasks
Your profile
- A completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ
- Native German speaker, spoken French skills are an advantage
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- High social competence and/or experience with people with disabilities
- Polished manners and enjoyment of customer contact
- Resilient, reliable personality with a structured way of working
- Good communication skills and team spirit
