THIS IS WHAT YOU DO

Direct personnel and professional leadership of up to 10 employees at the Winterthur and Sursee locations
Further development of the department and employees in professional and methodological skills
Responsibility for IT project management and project portfolio management within IT and the fenaco LANDI group and its further development
Ensuring compliance with and training on IT governance in project execution
Leading and supporting IT projects, from the idea to project completion, both at our subsidiaries and within IT
Ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs are met in own IT projects
Supporting tender procedures, participating in project steering committees, conducting risk management and audits within IT projects

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING

Solid IT education (university / university of applied sciences or similar) combined with commercial or business management training
Solution-oriented, resilient, and team-capable personality with leadership qualities
Communicative, committed, and pragmatic "doer personality" motivated to independently make a difference
Several years of project management and leadership experience
Confident appearance as well as good communication and presentation skills
Willingness to be mobile regarding assignments in various subsidiaries (deployment throughout Switzerland)
Identification with fenaco values "open, reliable, committed, economical, and customer-oriented"
Language skills: German spoken and written, good knowledge of English and French is an advantage
