- Taking over daily responsibility
- Supporting and activating residents in carrying out their life activities
- Responsibility for the continuous and correct updating of care documentation and care planning
- Participation in the further development of care, evaluation, and adjustment of care processes
- Working as a primary caregiver
- Professional contact maintenance and information for relatives of the residents
