For our location in Dübendorf, we are looking for a motivated
Technical Administrator (m/f/d) 60-80%
Starting immediately or by arrangement
In this exciting and varied role, you will support the technical maintenance team.
Your tasks:
- General administration of the technical department (filing, preparation, etc.)
- Processing POs (revisions, goods receipts, account assignment) in SAP
- Contact person for all concerns in the area of master data (master data, etc.)
- Recording cost controls (CapEx)
- Requesting declarations of conformity and certificates
- Purchasing/orders according to specifications
- Support in projects and process improvements
You bring with you:
- A commercial basic education or a technical / manual basic education - ideally supplemented by additional commercial training (technical salesman, commercial diploma, etc.)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, basic knowledge of English (systems in English language)
- Good PC skills, ideally experience with SAP VIM and IBM Maximo
- Structured, independent working style
- Solution-oriented, communicative personality
