Your main tasks: * Comprehensive care of gastronomic systems and equipment including maintenance, inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, interventions, etc. * Advising customers on specialist questions * Optimizing systems and processes * Obtaining and checking offers * Deploying and accompanying third-party companies as well as controlling and accepting the executed orders * Supporting the operations electrician and building technology teams and ensuring internal knowledge transfer * Participating in projects, installations, and commissioning * On-call service Your profile: * Training as an electrical installer EFZ or comparable technical training * Professional experience in a technical/building technology function as a service technician or operations technician and in the technical support of gastronomic systems and kitchen technology * Fluent German skills, basic knowledge of English * Good IT user skills * Precise, systematic, and clean working method * Strong sense of responsibility and high independence * Good communication skills and high service orientation * Flexibility for cross-team support and on-call duties Ready for us?
