• Completed studies (Bachelor or Master)
• Very good communication skills and social competencies
• Enjoyment in interacting with people, working in a team, and as a leader
• Personality that positively embraces challenges and gladly takes responsibility
• High commitment and flexibility
• Excellent French skills - additionally very good German skills
