YOUR TASKS

• Taking over defined nursing tasks within the specified competence profile and on delegation from the qualified nursing staff
• Ensuring patient-oriented care according to our quality standards and the nursing process
• Ensuring domestic, administrative and logistical tasks in the ward, taking into account the internal clinic guidelines and framework conditions
• Participation in projects in consultation with the department management
• Assisting with the introduction and support of new employees and trainees

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a Health Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Initial experience in an acute hospital
• High organisational and communication skills and customer orientation
• Resilience and flexibility (shift work)
• Good German skills (spoken and written), any additional national language and English are an advantage
