The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 127 residential places, 302 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy center for people from infancy to adulthood as well as three integrative daycare centers.

Our residential group offers seniors a home with heart and security. Due to an upcoming retirement, we are looking for a committed and empathetic leader to take over the management of the residential group and the Medical and Nursing Department with passion and responsibility from February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
HOW?
- You take on the personnel and professional leadership and ensure that the company goals are successfully implemented.
- You are co-responsible for the Medical and Nursing Department, e.g., in conducting internal courses or leading department meetings.
- You lead a team of about 10 employees including trainees, students, and interns.
- You recruit and attract qualified professionals as well as residents.
- You create a work environment characterized by trust, well-being, and development.
- You ensure collaboration with relatives, legal guardians, doctors, and internal as well as external specialist departments.
