Our residential group offers seniors a home with heart and security. Due to an upcoming retirement, we are looking for a committed and empathetic leader to take over the management of the residential group and the Medical and Nursing Department with passion and responsibility from February 1, 2026, or by arrangement. 

• You take on the personnel and professional leadership and ensure that the company goals are successfully implemented.
• You are co-responsible for the Medical and Nursing Department, e.g., in conducting internal courses or leading department meetings.
• You lead a team of about 10 employees including trainees, students, and interns.
• You recruit and attract qualified professionals as well as residents.
• You create a work environment characterized by trust, well-being, and development.
• You ensure collaboration with relatives, legal guardians, doctors, and internal as well as external specialist departments.

• Because you have a qualification as a nursing specialist HF/FH, FaGe or a related professional qualification.
• Because you are interested in people at different stages of life and can respond to them empathetically.
• Because you have experience in leading teams.
• Because you remain calm even in stressful moments and convince with your pronounced communication and social skills.
• Because you are ready to take new paths and care about progress.
• Because you are willing to work irregular shifts, including weekends.
