Agile Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer

• You work on projects with a clear focus on actionable solutions and sustainable benefits for the customer
• You take responsibility as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Owner, depending on what the project requires
• You bring structure to complex undertakings, clarify requirements, and ensure that business and IT truly come together
• You accompany projects from the idea to go-live and experience the impact of your work in productive use
• You work closely with engineers, UX, and departments in a coordinated and solution-oriented manner
• You contribute your experience, further develop approaches, and support with your expertise
• Your area of operation is mainly in Bern, supplemented by occasional assignments in other regions 

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Owner in software development
• Confidence in agile working methods and a reflective approach to tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro
• Certifications such as IREB, HERMES, or Scrum are an advantage
• A solid education (FH/University) in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or comparable
• Very good German skills, good English; French is a plus
• The ability to clearly structure, prioritize, and communicate complex requirements
• A good sense for contexts, risks, and viable solutions
• Enjoyment of direct exchange with customers and willingness to work on-site
