- 1.Establishes sales targets and budgets; ensures sales goals are achived through the effective placement and motivation of segment business development team. Work together with local management to control customer credit. Responsible for customer’s on-time payment and credit collection.

- 2.Work with PM team on new product strategy and introduction. Identification of business opportunities and proactively identify new segment and application, implement the sales plan

- 3.Develops and implements the sales strategy and staffing model. Conducts sales meetings and communicates new strategies to the sales force, provides necessary trainings and development to sales staff.

- 任职要求:
- 1.学历:Bachelor Degree, Engineering profile is preferred;
- 2.年龄范围:38-45岁;
- 3.经验:Proven track record in Industrial Sales with at least 8 years experience and minimal 3 years experience at senior managerial position, Experience at manaing teams in multiple places;
- 4.专业知识:Sound knowledge of flow industry products and applications;
- 5.专业技能:Excellent negotiator with solid presentation and communication skills; Strong analytical skills – ability to analyse data and to make decisions based on data and drive sales action plans;
- 6.语言能力:Good command of English (both written and oral);
- 7.计算机:Able to manage most software systems including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- 8.身体条件:Healthy;
