Become part of our accounting team and ensure efficient, proper, and professional management of the energy sub-ledgers of Axpo Solutions AG, including the foreign branch. In this role, you will actively shape financial processes, optimize interfaces, and support cross-departmental projects with your expertise.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Active participation in the daily accounting of receivables and payables in the energy sector as well as dunning

Regular preparation of netting statements, invoicing, and processing of payment runs

Assistance in the preparation of periodic financial statements according to OR/IFRS and IC reconciliations

Collaboration in operational tax matters including VAT and tax returns as well as deferred taxes

Support in the introduction of new tools and coordination between trading systems and SAP

Deputizing for the department head in case of absence or in projects

Optimization of processes and ensuring internal controls

Profile & Requirements:

Commercial or business education with a focus on finance/accounting

Solid knowledge of OR and IFRS accounting as well as in the tax area

Very good Excel skills, experience with SAP, and ideally Tagetik

Self-organized, solution-oriented, and structured working style

Strong communication skills and team-oriented

Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
