Shape the future of facility management at Axpo! You will take responsibility for operational management, maintenance, and user-related service delivery at our administrative and operational sites. Together with your team, you ensure efficiency, service quality, and economic viability.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Leadership and development of directly subordinate employees in the areas of building services, technical building management, workplace management, mail & reception, and access control.

Ensuring and further developing site-specific operational concepts and services.

Responsibility for maintenance, space management, services, and operational capability of systems and buildings.

Planning and implementation of user-oriented services.

Collaboration with various internal real estate departments such as Projects & CoC FM, security organization, and staff catering.

Management of operational assignments such as space adjustments, move organization, and participation in projects.

Implementation of occupational safety and health protection within the area of responsibility.

Profile and Requirements

Degree as HF Maintenance Manager, university degree in Facility Management, or comparable qualification.

Proven experience in leading facility management organizations.

Solid knowledge in building technology (HVACSE/GA) as well as energy management.

Very good IT user skills (CAFM tools, MS Office, CAD; SAP is an advantage).

High service and customer orientation as well as structured and analytical thinking.

Negotiation skills, flexibility, and innovativeness.

Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage.
