We are looking for a person for the team of the Robinson Playground Münchenstein

From March 1 to September 30, 2026

The Robinson Playground offers a diverse and child-friendly range of activities. The offers of the Robinson Playground are primarily aimed at children and young people aged 5-12 years. A wide range of opportunities for self-development is made available to the children and young people. The offer includes, among others:

Conducting play/craft afternoons and adventure days, crafting and building huts, and seasonal offers such as candle dipping, allotment garden work, or forging

Your tasks

In this role, you work closely with the team of the Robinson Playground and are jointly responsible for the operation and safety of the playground. You plan varied leisure activities, accompany and encourage the children to actively participate. You support the children in their self-initiated play and in their socialization process. In exchange with the team of the Robinson Playground, you ensure an attractive and up-to-date offer.

Our expectations

For this varied and interesting activity, you ideally have completed training in a (social) pedagogical field or are studying in this area. You are used to customer- and impact-oriented work. You are characterized by manual skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a team. Our team looks forward to a committed and enthusiastic personality who enjoys the profession and brings a pinch of humor.

Presence is expected from Wednesday to Friday, each afternoon from about 1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; occasionally also on Saturdays, as well as a certain flexibility in working hours depending on the season and offer. For the successful performance of this function, initial professional experience in the pedagogical field and manual skills are desirable. A category B driving license is preferred for smooth operation.
