- you optimize customer experience and retention processes along the entire customer lifecycle
- analyze and further develop key touchpoints to holistically improve customer experiences
- plan and manage growth hacking experiments to increase customer loyalty and engagement
- derive data-based recommendations for action from customer feedback, churn data, and process analyses
- work closely with relevant stakeholders to implement improvements
- develop and monitor retention-specific KPIs (e.g., CLV, retention rate, engagement rate)
You will succeed here if
- you have experience in customer experience, CRM, or growth marketing and can translate customer needs into data-driven measures
- you understand processes along the customer lifecycle and handle CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) confidently
- you have a strong customer and service orientation
- you think analytically, work in a structured way, and act with strong implementation skills
- you connect teams with your communication skills and interface competence and drive solutions forward
