Your task – versatile and responsible

We are looking for you to strengthen our HR team. In this role, you take responsibility for your own area with around 200 employees.

You advise managers and employees on all personnel-related matters, take care of salary changes and labor law issues, and ensure that processes run smoothly. You manage the entire recruitment process, prepare employment contracts and certificates. In case management, you support employees professionally and with sensitivity. You are the first point of contact for supervisors and employees alike and also handle administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.

You like to take responsibility but also know when it makes sense to involve your HR superiors. Your workday is as varied as the contacts you maintain – both internally and externally. Additionally, you actively contribute to HR projects and help shape the company's development with your ideas.

Your profile - competent and committed

Commercial basic training (Profile M) and university of applied sciences degree, ideally in business administration

Additional training in HR (e.g., HR specialist certificate) is an advantage or the willingness to acquire it on the job

Several years of professional experience in HR

Quick comprehension, solution-oriented and open to change

Open, proactive personality who contributes ideas and wins people over

Diplomatic skill in demanding situations as well as clear, trustworthy communication

Structured and efficient way of working
