- You welcome the patients on the ward and pamper them with a professional meal and beverage service, are the contact person for infrastructure and ensure daily cleanliness and laundry supply in the room
- As a Guest Relation Manager, you clarify the needs of our additionally insured patients and are their contact person during their stay
- In the management team, you support the room service team leaders in administrative and leadership tasks and participate in meetings
- In addition, you develop your own small project and gain insights into other interdisciplinary areas of the hospital
You bring with you
- You are a student at the hotel management school and ideally have some experience in service
- You remain calm in hectic situations and work independently
- You are a motivated and flexible personality with polished manners
- A high customer orientation is your top priority
