Main tasks

• Leadership and deployment planning of over 25 employees in the warehouse and distribution area
• Daily planning and control of operational daily business
• Analysis and optimization of processes as well as route planning
• Further development of existing personnel
• Processing of ARV and LSVA data
• Conducting safety training for employees
• Conducting training within the framework of IFS certification
• Active participation in operational daily business
• Contact person for inquiries about orders

Education

• Training in warehouse logistics or distribution logistics

Profile

• Several years of experience in personnel management
• Basic knowledge of ARV and LSVA
• Strong process- and cost-oriented thinking
• Very good PC skills (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)
• Quick comprehension and willingness to familiarize with new tools
• Experience in occupational safety
