The WABE Foundation supports adults with disabilities and offers 38 residential, 33 day-structure, and 15 sheltered workplaces. For over 30 years in Wald, we have been committed with heart and professionalism to quality of life, self-determination, and social participation.
In our residential groups, women and men of different ages with cognitive and multiple disabilities live together. Our interdisciplinary team accompanies and supports them in their individual daily lives, personal care, and leisure activities.
To complement our team, we are looking for an SRK Nursing Assistant 70% to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Comprehensive care of residents in everyday life, leisure, and social environment – from guidance to personal care
- Responsibility as a contact person with independent development planning
- Collaboration with relatives, professional services, and other operational branches
- Administrative tasks such as documentation and coordination
Your profile
- Empathetic and committed personality with joy in working with people with disabilities
- Training at least SRK level
- Experience in caring for and supporting people with disabilities
- Reliable, team-oriented, flexible, and responsible
- Good perception and reflection skills for targeted needs assessment
- Eager to learn and motivated for continuous professional and personal development
