Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are looking for an experienced Environmental Control Systems (ECS) Engineer - F/M/X to integrate ECS and interfaces with cross-functional teams and suppliers,ensuring compliance with industry standards and actively support testing and certification activities.
🔥Your missions:
- Coordinate ECS system integration and interfaces with engineering teams and suppliers
- Create and assess certification documents (reports, test plans/results) ensuring compliance of hardware/software with DO-160G, DO-178C, DO-254 standards
- Define and support integrated rig testing for Avionics and ECS controller
- Actively support flight test campaigns by troubleshooting ECS controller and system integration
- Attend design reviews, technical workshops, and support the team in discussions with Airworthiness Authorities
🎯Your profile:
- You have an academic background in engineering, aeronautics, or a related field
- You have minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft/rotorcraft system engineering with a focus on DO-160G, DO-178C, and DO-254 qualification
- You are fluent in English, a third language is an asset
- You have hands-on experience with PLM tools (Teamcenter or equivalent)
- You have proven ability to prepare and review certification documentation independently
- You have experience with ARP4754 and awareness of ARP4761
- You have strong problem-solving and proactive communication skills
