In the Population + Security department, we are looking to strengthen our team from August 1, 2026, or by arrangement, for you as a Project Manager Traffic Planning.

Your tasks
- Independent handling of specialist tasks in traffic planning, especially in the following areas: Traffic/implementation of the overall traffic concept / municipal traffic master plan, mobility and traffic, motorized individual transport, public transport, timetable procedures
- Implementation of measures for cycling and pedestrian traffic (slow traffic) and control of the mobility and overall traffic concept
- Management of projects with external contractors. Participation in further projects in the area of municipal zoning and land use planning, etc.
- Handling specialist questions from the population or authorities including public relations
- Support of the head of the Population + Security department in various tasks and projects within the Population + Security department as well as independent minute-taking and preparation of specialist reports, concepts, presentations, etc.
- Completion of various administrative tasks within the Population + Security department
Your profile
- Completed training in traffic planning or civil engineering at university or university of applied sciences level or corresponding further training in the areas of traffic, mobility or spatial planning and proven professional experience in the respective fields
- Proven project management experience with knowledge of traffic, planning, administrative or municipal law
- High analytical skills and enthusiasm for sustainable solutions
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style with a lot of initiative and commitment
- Very good written and oral communication skills and proven IT knowledge
