Then you are exactly right with us. To complement our kitchen team, we are looking for a (Demi-) Chef de Partie Saucier (m/f/d) 100%, who convinces with skill, team spirit, and taste.
Your mission:
- You are responsible for the daily mise-en-place, proper preparation, and perfect taste of our meat and fish dishes
- Close collaboration with the head chef and the rest of the team, as well as ensuring a smooth operation at your station, is a matter of course for you
- You ensure compliance with our quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- You actively contribute ideas for new dishes and components, helping to further develop our culinary offerings
- You support the training of apprentices and share your knowledge with joy
- You contribute to a good atmosphere and respectful interaction in the kitchen – even when things get stressful
What makes you stand out:
- Completed training as a cook or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in a similar position and/or in upscale gastronomy
- Passion for classic culinary crafts combined with creativity and precision
- Structured, clean, and organized working style, even during high service volumes
- Team player with a positive demeanor, reliability, and initiative
- Good German language skills, additional languages are an advantage
- You are eager to learn, open to new things, flexible, and attentive
