Your Tasks

• Care planning and management of care processes
• Basic and treatment care
• Care and observation of patients in psychological crises with the required intensity
• Support of patients in structuring their daily routine
• Preservation and promotion of patients' independence
• Participation in team meetings, supervisions, ward rounds, and group therapies
• Involvement in quality assurance measures

• A completed training in health and nursing care or elderly care
• Empathy and commitment in working with mentally ill people
