For the Kreuzstrasse location, where people with various
disabilities live, we are looking for a

Residential Specialist / Health Officer (80%) starting June 1, 2026

Tasks:

• Responsibility for the health care department in the residential home such as management
  of the house pharmacy, planning of medical and nursing measures,
  professional contacts with doctors and therapists
• Accompanying the residents in everyday life
• Promoting the residents to the greatest possible independence and
  community skills
• Organizing leisure and weekend activities
• Administrative tasks
• Work as a contact person

Profile:

• Experience working with people with multiple disabilities
• Completed training as a FAGE or HF nursing specialist
• Ability to learn, handle conflicts, and work in a team
• Organizational skills and independent working style
• Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
• Appreciative attitude, creativity, patience, and humor
