These are your tasks

• You ensure the flawless execution of all industry-specific cleaning activities (maintenance, basic, special cleaning, etc.) on our trains and stations.
• You take care of quality assurance and compliance with hygiene standards.
• You ensure the deputy role of the cleaning manager in his absence and actively support him in leading a team of 17 people and in administrative tasks.
• You actively help shape the further development of cleaning processes and team culture and promote efficiency, quality, and team spirit.
• You are willing to work regularly in shifts and show great flexibility with future operational changes due to the SZU 4.0 modernization program.

These are your key competencies

• You have several years of experience in professional cleaning, ideally in the transport or building cleaning industry with a qualification as a cleaning technician EFZ, equivalent or higher, such as a professional examination as a building cleaning specialist.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of modern cleaning techniques, agents, and safety standards.
• You have the ability to bring an established team to a new level together with the existing team leader.
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least C1 certified language exam).
• You hold a category B driving license.
• You have solid IT skills and are willing to take responsibility for administrative tasks.
