To strengthen our dedicated team, we are looking for a motivated and qualified Health Specialist EFZ (m/f/d) who, with empathy and expertise, enables our residents to live a dignified and self-determined life.
Your tasks:
- Providing individual and activating care and support to our residents
- Collaborating in interdisciplinary cooperation with therapists, doctors, and relatives
- Documenting and ensuring care quality according to the latest findings
- Active participation in team meetings and further training

Your profile:
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in care and support, ideally in a similar environment
- High level of social competence, empathy, and sense of responsibility
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently and interdisciplinarily
