Project Manager
Real Estate Valuation Office | 80-100% | Chur
The Real Estate Valuation Office (UVI) conducts official property valuations at six locations in the canton.
Valuations are notified to the owners. The data is also used by cantonal and municipal tax authorities, the Graubünden Building Insurance, as well as land registry offices. Revision valuations for municipalities are carried out every ten years. Additionally, owners can request a valuation at any time.
For April 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking for a motivated project manager for the Chur office.
- Project management in the areas of IT, valuation system, and digitization
- Analysis of faults and errors as well as coordination of all parties involved for their definitive elimination in the context of the valuation system
- Responsibility for further development and problem resolution related to the valuation system
- Management of tests and implementation of change requests and releases
- Internal and external coordination of processes and interfaces
- Creation, updating, maintenance, and management of documentation
- Planning and conducting training courses
- Collaboration to optimize organization and processes in compliance with legal directives
- Completed technical or commercial training
- Experience in project management and/or project coordination (IT / digitization)
- Excellent organizational and process-related skills
- Outstanding communication and coordination abilities
- Structured, independent working method
- You are service- and solution-oriented, capable of teamwork, available, and proactive
